Simplify selections, build to a budget, execute nationally

The Halal Guys had just embarked on a new prototype design exercise that left them loving the look, but not enjoying the price. VGS helped take the vision from the designer & THG, and make it an economical reality for the masses.

Through careful value engineering, and slight design tweaks, VGS was able to help THG develop a full standards book of décor, furnishings, graphics and signage. On top of that, THG retained VGS to be its graphics/décor test fit vendor site to site. VGS takes base CAD plans provided by the AOR and overlays tile patterns, front of house seating plans, and the graphic schedule per store. And of course, we fabricate everything from graphics, booth benches, custom tables, dimensional acrylic décor, and a very fun customizable manhole cover per store.

The mix of engineering, design, craftsman and fabricators in our shop was a huge value add to The Halal Guys as they looked to hone their brand standards for future growth. VGS has supplied full store packages to well over 20 stores and growing.
