High Museum of Art

A Village of the Arts

With the three building expansion project for The High Museum of Art in Atlanta, Georgia, internationally acclaimed architect Renzo Piano created a new destination, “a village of the arts,” a place to gather. Carbone Smolan Agency, NYC, designed a simple but elegant signage program incorporating soft translucent materials and standoff hardware to complement the facility design. VGS fabricated and installed both the interior and exterior signage. VGS engineered challenging mounting solutions both on the building’s facade as well as inside the gallery space to assure the graceful and elegant environment.
