The Challenge

Blythedale, New York State’s only independent, specialty children’s hospital dedicated to improving the health and quality of life for children with complex medical conditions, was looking for a donor recognition program. This program would be part of a new wing in the hospital and needed to incorporate a whimsical, child-like design to fit the atmosphere of the rest of the facility. They were familiar with the work VGS did at Morgan Stanley Children’s hospital and wanted a similar look and feel.

The Customer Solution

The project resulted in a beautiful, multi-wall donor program, full of fun and imagination. Our in-house design studio, Studio D, designed a principal donor wall, as well as 5 additional donor walls, using colorful images of animals and nature to lift the spirits of all who entered. The project was completed with the design of unit names, interior and exterior plaques.
